By using Formfyl you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You own the forms and responses you create. You grant Formfyl a license to host and serve them.

No phishing, no spam, no abuse. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

We target 99.9% uptime. Enterprise plans include a formal SLA with credits.

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data.
